First of all, you have to consider what type of label you need. Where and how you want to sew it on and what it should look like. It is also necessary to provide us with your logo in vector format, preferably as a PDF document.
You upload all necessary parameters on the website and approve the design, style and amount of labels. On the website, the preliminary order price is displayed based on the inupt parameters. The order is received by our graphic department. All data are checked and a programme for weaving machines is processed. Subsequently, the exact price of the goods is calculated and a preliminary delivery date is determined. You will receive all of these information in a form of an e-mail offer for your consideration and approval. The order is produced based on the offer approved by you.
The label is programmed, woven, cut, ironed, checked, packed and dispatched. Your product is always a unique prototype, and for this reason its processing takes a while. The ordinary delivery term is 14 days.
We ship labels to customers using courier services. As a standard payment for labels, we require a pre-payment or payment upon delivery. We deliver woven labels within 14 days. We deliver printed labels within 3 days. Customers having a VAT number receive the goods priced excluding VAT.
For the purpose of labels retaining their shape, we can stiffen the labels by non-woven fabric or by gluing an industrial double-sided self-adhesive tape, thus making the labels self-adhesive.
We print labels on satin or nylon.
Minimum width of the above mentioned labels are 1.5 cm to 10 cm in steps of 0.5 cm.
Yes, we can implement any graphic design on a label in case it is processed as an image. However, it is recommended that the image contains max. 8 colours and it is not a photo.
Labels are made of 100% polyester. Its colour range is unlimited, if you are willing to pay 250 EUR per special paint and wait approx. 30 days for the delivery from abroad. For less demanding customers, we have approx. 214 colour shades on stock, from which you can certainly choose some. You can also find a colour chart on our website. It serves for your approximate orientation regarding possibilities. If you choose a colour and mark it on a label, the paint of that colour will be applied on your labels. The product usually differs from the original idea within max. 1-2 colour shades, if at all. Should you have higher demands regarding colour, let us send you a photo of the selected colour by e-mail or a sample of the fabric by regular mail. We will be happy to assist you.
You can either pay a licence fee for treatment symbols or you can use a text not requiring a payment or you can use our treatment symbols which differ from the licensed ones and thus are free of charge.
Our technology enables producing woven labels having one dimension of max. 200 mm and the other one up to approx. 500 mm. In case of printed labels, the maximum width is 50 mm.
Should you wish to further process the label by folding its edges or folding it in the middle, the width is max. 50 mm.
For nice looking labels, we need a picture with the resolution of min. 1000×1500 pixels. It cannot be a photo!
The image can be of any format, preferably .jpg, .pdf .cdr or .ai.
A preliminary order price is calculated after inserting all parameters on the ordering website. We send customers the exact price after processing the order in our department. We are unable to create an exact calculation through our website as not all specific parameters are applied, so our staff need to process your order. However, the price difference usually does not exceed +/- 15%.
According to the applicable law, the product must contain five treatment symbols, material composition data and the information regarding the country of origin.
A washtub symbol shows if it is possible to wash the textile product in washing machines or by hand. The numbers shown within the washtub depict the maximum wash temperature in degrees Celsius, which must not be exceeded. Washing at lower temperatures is possible.
A triangle informs, if it is possible to bleach the product. Bleaching is a procedure carried out in water medium before, during or after washing, whereas it requires the use of either chlorine or oxidation/non-chlorine bleaches for dirt and stain removal and/or improvement. Either active chlorine bleaches (e.g. Savo) or oxidation/non-chlorine bleaches are used, which are contained in universal laundry detergents. Oxidation/non-chlorine bleach cover a wide range of various active and non-active bleaches (e.g. oxidation detergents).
A square symbolises drying after the washing process. A circle within the square symbolises tumble drying. Lines within the square symbolise air-drying.
An iron – dots within the symbol mean the ironing temperature range. For standard irons, some fabrics are sometimes assigned to this setup range.
Professional cleaning the symbol informs about the possibility to use professional chemical dry or wet cleaning. The circle symbolises dry cleaning of textiles and wet cleaning procedures carried out by professionals. It provides information regarding various cleaning procedures.
Both woven and printed labels should be attached in a way that they do not fall off during use. Ideally by sewing them on. You can do it by hand or using a machine. Temporary labels may be sticked. For this purpose, we supply labels stiffened by double-sided adhesive tape.
Labels are produced of 100% polyester, which is very colour stable. The quality of the light stability corresponds to the evaluation 5 out of 6 when tested according to ISO 105 B6, which basically means that with normal use you will not notice a colour change even after 15 years.
Our labels meet the standards applied in the automotive industry.
If you order cutting labels to individual pieces or ironing their edges, they will not fray as we cut them using ultrasound or at high temperatures, by which the edges are welded. A label frays if you cut it using scissors.
The material used for the production of labels is strictly tested in authorised testing laboratories. We have been awarded the OEKOTex certificate, which is mainly focused on hygienic properties of materials. Our materials meet standard class 100, that means they are suitable for newborns. The labels are tested annually for light stability, cleaning resistance, washing resistance, abrasion resistance, resistance to changes in appearance and dimensions.
TAPE – labels are supplied uncut in form of a tape.
